Honoring his legacy continues with you

Denis loved to help people and would do everything in his power to make sure you had what you needed to feel happy, successful, and at peace. That could mean a glass of sweet tea, a bite to eat, or a safe place to lay your head. His generosity was always evident when it came to taking care of his “TV” family. It is now our turn to keep that legacy alive. The D Ryan Memorial Fund was started in hopes of providing funds for a scholarship with the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, support for #snackstrong, as well as other aid within the sports tv community.

MORE THAN A TALENT

Denis was a longtime Emmy award-winning audio mixer for several network tv sports broadcasts. Most notably, he mixed motorsports for FOX, ESPN, and NBC for many years. His passion was capturing, reproducing, and recording the best sound possible. His gift to all of us was sharing those sounds, but most of all, sharing his knowledge with anyone who wanted to pursue the same passion as him.
